Ama Hut Experience Ama divers use this hut for taking meals, changing their clothes, and warming themselves after diving. Visitors can meet real ama divers and feel the atmosphere of their authentic lives. Through the Ama Hut Experience, visitors can enjoy a meal prepared with fresh local seafood and talk with ama divers. The meals range from 2160JPY (tea time meal) to 9720JPY (luxury lunch meal). Extra seafood dishes such as spiny lobster, abalone, etc., are also available. Ama divers broil shellfish with a charcoal fire in front of visitors, while giving interesting talks about their style of living and diving. After having a meal, visitors can enjoy an Ama Costume Play, dancing a folklore dance with ama divers, wearing a traditional ama costume, which will make unforgettable memories for visitors.
